Rogers Benefit Group is a Specialty Marketing Organization with a long history of developing niche markets.  In the 1940’s our founder Pat Rogers, being an agent himself, understood the need for a marketing organization to help agents bring specialized knowledge and service to their clients in the increasingly complex area of health and ancillary benefits. Rogers Benefit Group is committed to fast and accurate response time to an agent or employer when addressing their group insurance needs.  Our specialized knowledge of the quoting, enrollment, and underwriting maze brings unique value to all parties involved. 

Our continuing role is helping agents and their employer customers design appropriate and affordable benefit plans, carefully explaining the plans to the employees and then providing critical and competent follow up service to the agent and insured.

We help agents maximize their bottom line by making it easy for them to sell, install, service and renew their groups. We provide complete and accurate information needed to prospect and close sales. We make it possible for agents to increase profitability by taking care of the detail and leg work, to the extent the agent directs.

Our Mission is to help agents get business, get groups rated correctly, get them enrolled efficiently and accurately, and to help reduce effort in the Underwriting process.
